Pictures shot around Agashi

On
my visit to Agashi, some years ago, for the Ganpati festival,
I took time to bike around the village shooting away with
my Canon AE1.
Here are some glimpses....

How
green is my valley.
The photos may not be award winning but for people who
know the village of Agashi, it sure would come as a surprise
to see so much greenery and such scenic beauty.
These are some of the less travelled areas of the village,
on the extreme exteriors and difficult to travel regions.
Thanks to Rudresh's Hero Honda - Splendour, I was able
to reach these places.
Surprisingly, I also came across a water-hole with a flock
of large Cranes and Egrets but unfortunately I did'nt
have the necessary lenses and time to photograph them.
Hope you enjoy the beauty of my native village.
